John Klipsch served as the Owner’s Representative and Contracting Agent for the entire project on behalf of the City of Indianapolis.

As the City’s Owner’s Representative and Contracting Agent, John Klipsch:

• Managed project budget and schedule
• Provided cash management for entire project
• Prepared, negotiated and managed all design, construction management and consultant contracts
• Negotiated all real estate transactions
• Led design team on behalf of the Owner/City and the Pacers
• Led innovative design process on behalf of the disabled community
• Led negotiation team for the Pacers Operation Agreement on behalf of the City
• Managed Owner’s interests for MBE/WBE and labor union participation
• Facilitated and expedited decision-making with City leadership and Pacers management to successfully meet aggressive deadlines
